    i just bought it on Saturday (01/11/2014) for my kid... unfortunately it cannot charging properly (no battery indicator shown) even using charger provided... pls help...

      This is the problem I'm facing here too the bad thing is they ain't have a freaking removable back cover so when the thing lags or hangs u can just take out the batt.But anyway the batt has a real bad problem. This is what they should improve on

    The problem always lies in the battery pack and all related to it, no action taken to prevent these to continue. Such an embarrassment of Malaysia brand name attach..

    charge memang charge... penuh batt tu mmg tak la... kena lak pakai power bank sentiasa... bile on punye la bising... bila nak off susah plak... budak budak kat umah nie mmg dapat tgk jer la...

    How to do hard reset for iSmart Q3+ , it was locked due to many attampets of wrong pattern.

    They should load more storage and more RAM memory so it's better cuz it's no use if you have a clear screen with bad performance
