    i have a trouble with my smarttab, its cannt booting and stuck in the logo of android. coz its not showing the main menu and i cannt do anything with the program setting

    model : Q3+
    s/n : 201301163820

    i buy it in KL and im stay in jakarta indonesia, please somebody can help to guide me how to fix it or should i send it to your service center in KL or you have any service center in jakarta ?
    please need your guide and info guys...!
